Sumatriptan 6 mg/0.5 mL Injection is a medication designed for the acute treatment of migraines and cluster headaches. It is a selective serotonin receptor agonist (triptan) that helps relieve headache pain and other associated symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, and sensitivity to light and sound. The injection is provided as an autoinjector system.
