STRATAFIX Spiral PDS Plus Knotless Tissue Control Device, 70 cm, dyed violet, Size 3-0, with SH needle, is a synthetic absorbable suture designed to provide secure tissue approximation without the need for traditional knots. The device incorporates a spiral configuration with symmetrical barbs along the suture length, allowing for even distribution of tension and enhanced wound closure strength. 

The suture material is made from polydioxanone (PDS), which offers prolonged tensile strength retention and gradual absorption by hydrolysis. STRATAFIX Symmetric PDS Plus maintains significant strength during the early healing phase, providing reliable wound support. Complete absorption occurs over several months, reducing long-term foreign body presence and facilitating tissue remodeling.

The dyed violet color enhances suture visibility within the surgical field, aiding precise placement and handling.
