The URINARY CATHETERIZATION TRAY features a 100% SILICONE, silver-coated Foley catheter designed for indwelling urinary catheterization. The 16 Fr (5.3 mm) catheter includes a 5 cc balloon for secure placement and a two-way design to facilitate both drainage and balloon inflation. The silicone material ensures biocompatibility and reduces the risk of encrustation, while the silver hydrogel coating provides antimicrobial protection, supporting reduced infection risk during prolonged use.
The tray incorporates a CURITY™ 2000 mL drain bag equipped with a MONO-FLO™ anti-reflux device to prevent backflow and minimize contamination. The SAFEGUARD™ needleless sampling port allows sterile urine collection, while the SPLASHGUARD II™ drain spout supports controlled disposal.
