Prolene Monofilament Suture, Blue, Size 1-0, 60", XLH Needle is a nonabsorbable surgical suture composed of an isotactic crystalline stereoisomer of polypropylene. This material offers exceptional tensile strength retention, making it suitable for long-term tissue support in various surgical procedures. 

The suture is designed for general soft tissue approximation and ligation, including cardiovascular, neurological, and ophthalmic procedures. Its non-adherent nature to tissue makes it particularly effective for skin closure, reducing the risk of embedding and allowing for cleaner removal.
