The SURESITE Transparent Film Dressing 2 x 3 Inch is a thin, conformable wound and catheter securement dressing designed to provide a protective barrier while allowing continuous visualization of the underlying skin and treatment site. Its transparent construction supports routine assessment without requiring dressing removal, making it suitable for intravenous access sites and a variety of wound care applications. 

Manufactured with microporous technology, the dressing incorporates a traditional moisture vapor transmission rate (MVTR) that helps manage moisture exchange between the skin and the external environment. This feature supports a balanced wound environment while helping protect the site from external contaminants. The flexible film conforms to body contours and movement without sticking to itself during application, contributing to ease of placement and secure coverage.

The transparent film may be used for partial-thickness wounds, skin tears, lacerations, abrasions, and as a secondary dressing for full-thickness wounds. It also serves as a protective covering to help reduce skin damage caused by friction to the epidermis.
