The Appose Single-Use Skin Stapler with 35 Wide Staples is a sterile, single-patient device engineered for precise and efficient wound closure. Constructed with stainless steel staples of 0.51 mm diameter wire, the stapler provides reliable tissue approximation while promoting optimal healing. Each staple has a span of 10.2 mm before closure and closes to approximately 4.8 mm wide by 3.4 mm high, ensuring secure closure with enhanced cosmesis.

The stapler features a reloadable design, capable of being reloaded up to two times, allowing a total of 105 staples per unit. Its 360° rotating head maximizes access to difficult-to-reach anatomical sites, providing flexibility during surgical procedures. The squeeze-handle mechanism enables controlled deployment and consistent staple formation, reducing tissue trauma and ensuring uniform closure.

Included with the stapler is the Premium™ extractor, equipped with a spring-loaded handle that automatically resets to the starting position, facilitating safe and efficient staple removal.
