Suture, Chromic Gut 5-0 1x27 RB-1 is a natural absorbable surgical suture designed for soft tissue approximation and wound closure. Manufactured from first-quality raw material, chromic gut provides dependable and predictable absorption characteristics along with high initial tensile strength. The material is processed to produce a uniform suture diameter for consistent surgical handling.

Each strand is precision polished to maintain a smooth and uniform surface, supporting controlled passage through tissue and secure knot formation. The natural-colored suture provides a neutral appearance during surgical procedures. Its absorbable composition allows the suture to gradually lose mechanical support and undergo absorption as tissue healing progresses.

The suture is supplied in USP size 5-0 with a length of 27 inches, equivalent to approximately 70 cm. It features a single-arm configuration and is attached to an RB-1 needle.
