The IV Administration Set SafeDay Valve x 2 Sterile is a primary intravenous infusion system designed for gravity-based fluid delivery in clinical environments. It incorporates advanced filtration and safety features to support controlled administration of intravenous fluids and medications. The extended 104-inch tubing length provides enhanced reach, allowing flexible patient positioning and efficient setup across hospital wards, emergency departments, and outpatient care areas.

This administration set includes a 0.2 micron Supor membrane air-eliminating filter designed to help reduce particulate contamination and remove air from the infusion line. The DEHP-free tubing supports safer material compatibility for clinical use. A universal spike ensures secure connection to standard IV fluid containers, while the Spin-Lock® connector provides a stable and leak-resistant attachment to vascular access devices.

Flow regulation is managed through roller and slide clamps, enabling precise manual control of infusion rates under gravity administration. The drip rate is calibrated at 15 drops per milliliter, supporting consistent and predictable fluid delivery. The system includes two SafeDay™ valve ports with needle-free access, allowing multiple medication administrations without repeated line disconnection.
