Woven Sterile Gauze Sponges, each measuring 4" x 4" with a 12-ply thickness, packaged in sets of two. These sponges are crafted from 100% cotton, meeting the standards of USP Type VII, ensuring high-quality wound care. The unique "C fold" design minimizes the presence of loose threads and lint, maintaining a clean environment during application. Manufacturing processes are strictly controlled to guarantee clean, debris-free packing, with folded edges to prevent unraveling. Additionally, the easy-open envelopes are meticulously sealed to safeguard against the intrusion of dust and contaminants.

For sterilization, the sponges are packed in coated paper envelopes, reducing fiber debris and ensuring a sterile environment for each use. Sterile 10's are packaged in strong, rigid trays, adding extra protection during storage and transportation.
